Description
Noor Locums is seeking a Board-Certified Urologist for a long-term locum tenens assignment in Longview, Washington. This opportunity offers a mix of outpatient clinic, operating room, and call coverage with a broad scope of general urology.
The ideal physician will be available for ongoing coverage into 2027, with full-time availability strongly preferred. The role supports both hospital and clinic services and offers a varied surgical caseload.
Job Responsibilities
Perform surgical procedures in the operating room.
Provide 7 days of unrestricted call coverage per month.
Evaluate and treat conditions including kidney stones, erectile dysfunction, and male incontinence.
Perform cystoscopies and other standard urology procedures.
Provide surgical assistance as needed.
Manage approximately 18 patients per day.
Document patient care using Epic EMR.
Qualifications
Board Certified in Urology.
Washington medical license required and must be in hand at submission.
Minimum 2 years of experience.
BLS and ACLS certification required.
Epic experience required.
Da Vinci experience is a plus but not required.
Recent surgical case documentation required, including approximately 100 representative procedures from the previous 24 months.
Comfortable practicing independently across clinic and hospital settings.
Working Hours
Assignment Duration: Approximately 26 weeks with ongoing coverage expected into 2027
Clinic: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Approximately 7 days of unrestricted call per month
24-hour call coverage when assigned
Typical schedule may include approximately 3 clinic days, 1 OR day, and a call week with an administrative day between call periods.
When not on call, approximately 4 clinic days and 1 OR day per week.
Call is restricted/beeper coverage with approximately 10-minute response expectations and a 30-minute travel radius.
Average after-hours calls/texts: approximately 0–4
