• Schedule: Start Date: January 4, 2027 | Ongoing | Office Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | 3-4 half-day clinics per week | 15-20 patients per day in the office | 4-8 procedures per day in the hospital
• Job Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
• Types of Cases:
  • Office Procedures: Vasectomy, prostate biopsies, cystoscopy with stent removal, prostate ultrasounds
  • Hospital Procedures: Abdominal Sacrocolpopexy, aquablation, circumcision, cryoablation of the prostate/kidney, cystocele, cystoscopy, green light laser prostate, hernia repair, HIFU, hydrocelectomy, Interstim Stage I & II, mid urethral sling, optilume, orchiectomy, PCNL, penile plication, penile prosthesis, percutaneous nerve evaluation, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, prostate biopsy, radical/partial nephrectomy, rectocele repair, space oar/fiducial, spermatocelectomy, suprapubic catheter insertion, TURP, ureteroscopy with laser lithotripsy, urethral bulking, Urolift, vasectomy, laser lithotripsy
  • Required Skills: General Urology, Advanced Endoscopic Techniques, Laparoscopic Surgeries, Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Renal and Bladder Ultrasound (with biopsy), TRUS Biopsies, Incontinence Procedures, Neonatal Urology
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call | Call Type: Beeper | Call Response Time: 30 minutes | Call Coverage for Both Inpatient and Outpatient
• EMR System: MediTech

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required | Fellowship required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Licensure: Licensed in Ohio | IMLC | Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
