Urologist opening - Quad Cities, IL/IA ### The Opportunity Seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join an established team of physicians and advanced practitioners serving the Quad Cities area. Practice outpatient medicine in a well-known clinic with a cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff, while enjoying the autonomy to build the practice according to your preferences. ### Position Details
- Full-time with dedicated administrative time and flexible scheduling
- 1 day or 2.5 days in the OR; 3 days in the clinic
- Average 25–34 patients per day (depending on clinic/OR schedule)
- OR locations: Trinity Moline Hospital, Bettendorf Hospital, and Trinity Rock Island
- Da Vinci XI at each hospital; Procept Hydros Robotic System with Aquablation at Trinity Rock Island
- Call requirement: 7 days per month; remaining days covered by Urology partners
- Office procedures: bladder Botox, cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, stent removal, vasectomy, and more
- Fully integrated EPIC EMR across clinics and hospitals ### Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
- Ability to obtain unrestricted licensure in Illinois and Iowa
- Unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications
- Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
- J-1 waiver sponsorship available ### Compensation & Benefits
- Initial 2-year salary guarantee of approximately $500,000 – $700,000 with ability to exceed compensation and receive 100% of upside on an innovative compensation program
