### Locums | Urology | Olympia, WA (WA License or IMLC) ### Why This Role

Assignment Details Location: Olympia, Washington Start Date: As soon as credentialed End Date: Ongoing Preferred Commitment: Full-time; providers offering approximately 10–12 days per month may be considered Clinic Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Typical Weekly Schedule: - 3 full clinic days - Approximately 2 operating-room block days - One clinic day may be dedicated to office procedures Call: Approximately 3–4 days per month Call Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 AM Call Type: 24-hour in-house call Call Response Time: 30 minutes Setting: Outpatient clinic, scheduled surgery, and inpatient call EMR: Epic Credentialing: Approximately 90–120 days Temporary Privileges: Available Hospital Privileges: Required ### Requirements Board-certified Urologist Active Washington medical license or IMLC eligibility Active ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications Availability for weekday and weekend coverage Adult general urology experience Laparoscopic and robotic surgery Ureteroscopy Prostatectomy Renal and bladder ultrasound TRUS biopsy Incontinence procedures Extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy ### Preferred Skills Percutaneous nephrolithotomy Radical cystectomy with ileal conduit Radical prostatectomy Nephrectomy Ultrasound-guided biopsy ### Clinical Details Up to 16 clinic patients per shift Office procedures include: - Cystoscopy - Fusion biopsy - Bladder biopsy - Urodynamic testing During call, the locum is the primary Urologist with APP backup Typical call activity includes: - Approximately 5–6 phone consultations - Approximately 3–4 patients seen - Approximately 2–3 admissions Clinical team includes: - 1 Urologist - 3 PA-Cs - 1 RN - 8 Medical Assistants No APP supervision or teaching responsibilities
