Med Ninjas is seeking a Physician for long term locum coverage at a inpatient/outpatient facility located in York, PA
The Physician must be available for the complete coverage block from 11/16/2026 to 04/2027
This assignment includes outpatient clinic/Inpatient, onsite hospital coverage, Urology procedures, and on call weekend.
Locum Physician - Urology York, PA
Shift:Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Start Date: 11/16/2026
End Date: 04/2027
Position Details: Clinic Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with 1 hour lunch; 24-hour call coverage as needed. Full weeks ongoing.
Patient Population: Adults 18+; emergency torsion may present during call
Setting: Clinic or Hospital
Responsibilities: Clinic visits, OR coverage, cystoscopy/stent procedures, office visits, and call coverage
Required Procedures: Vasectomy, cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, lithotripsy, orchiopexy; vasectomy reversal is not mandatory, penile implants are rare
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: 4 MAs, 1 CSA, 1 RN; new APPs
Days Per Month: Full weeks ongoing
On-Call/Weekends: 24-hour call as needed; December 23, 5:00 PM - December 25, 7:00 AM
Required Procedures and Skills
- Vasectomy
- Cystoscopy
- Prostate procedures
- Ureteroscopy
- Lithotripsy
- Orchiopexy
- Robotic surgery available; scope is acceptable if part of the physician's practice
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC/LOQ in hand
DEA required
Minimum 1 year of experience
