Job Details & Schedule
- Specialty: Urology
- Start Date: November 02, 2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
- Office Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (3–4 half-day clinic sessions per week)
Patient Volume & Practice Details
- Office Patient Volume: 15–20 patients per day
- Hospital Surgical Volume: 4–8 procedures per day
- Facility Layout: 6 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, and 1 Urodynamic Study (UDS) room
- Office Staffing: 2 NPs, 3 MOAs, 6 clinical staff, 1 surgery scheduler, and 1 UDS technician
- Office Equipment: UDS machine, ultrasound machine (with vaginal/rectal probe & Trophon), Bovie, 2 cystoscopy monitors, 3–4 rigid cystoscopes, 8 flexible cystoscopes, and disposable cystoscopes
Clinical Scope & Procedures
- In-Office Procedures: Vasectomy, prostate biopsies, prostate ultrasounds, cystoscopy with stent removal
- In-Hospital Procedures: Standard & advanced urological cases including TURP, Urolift, PCNL, GreenLight laser prostate, laser lithotripsy, ureteroscopy, aquablation, cryoablation, HIFU, robotic/open reconstructive cases (e.g., abdominal sacrocolpopexy, sling, Interstim, rectocele/cystocele repair), and nephrectomy (radical/partial)
Requirements & Credentials
- Board Certification: Board Certified (BC)
- Life Support Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Licensure: Active Ohio (OH) license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
- EMR System: MEDITECH
- Credentialing Timeline: 90 Days
