Assignment Details Start date: As soon as credentialed Duration: Ongoing; no specific end date provided Schedule: Flexible call coverage Coverage type: Call only Call type: Beeper Call response time: 20 minutes Setting: Inpatient, Level II trauma facility Coverage population: Unassigned patients Estimated call volume: Approximately 20 phone consultations Patients seen: Approximately 10 Admissions not required EMR: Epic Credentialing: Approximately 90 days Temporary privileges: Not available Providers needed: 1 ### Requirements Board-certified Urologist Active Wisconsin license or IMLC eligibility Current PALS certification Must be comfortable managing stone cases and placing stents ### Clinical Details Required procedures: - Urinary stone cases - Ureteral stent placement Additional urologic cases may be available based on the provider’s scope Preferred experience includes: - General adult and pediatric urology - Ureteroscopy and advanced endoscopic techniques - Percutaneous nephrolithotomy - Laparoscopic and robotic surgery - Nephrectomy and prostatectomy - Incontinence procedures and ESWL Support includes three RNs, 15 MAs, seven APPs, and four office staff members
