Assignment Details Facility: MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital Location: Puyallup, Washington Initial Dates: - November 16–22, 2026 - December 14–20, 2026 Duration: Ongoing coverage throughout 2027; additional dates have not yet been provided Coverage Type: Call only Call Type: Beeper call Call Rotation: Approximately 1:6 Response Time: 30 minutes Setting: Inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth EMR: Epic Credentialing: Approximately 90–120 days Temporary Privileges: Not available Hospital Privileges: Required ### Requirements Board-certified or board-eligible Urologist Active Washington medical license or IMLC eligibility Active BLS certification Adult general urology experience Percutaneous nephrolithotomy Ureteroscopy Ability to manage assigned and unassigned patients ### Preferred Skills Advanced endoscopic techniques Laparoscopic surgery Incontinence procedures Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy ### Clinical Details Level III trauma facility Approximately 2–3 phone consultations during call Approximately 2–3 patients seen Estimated callback rate of 30% Support includes: - 1 RN - 3 Medical Assistants - 1 NP/PA - 3 office staff members No APP or resident supervision required
