- Start/End: ASAP - Ongoing
- Looking for approximately 1 - 2 weeks of 24 hour coverage
- Scheduling: Flexible; will work with provider to optimize
- Need call coverage only
- Beeper call with 20 minute response time
- Average 20 phone consults
- Average 10 patients seen
- Core cases required: Stone cases and stent placements; open to additional case types
- Facility: Trauma Level II
- Support staff: 3 RNs, 15 MAs, 7 APPs, 4 office staff
- Epic EMR
- Requirements: Board Certified, Active WI or IMLC
- Fellowship preferred
- WI ACT 10 license accepted
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~90 days
