Opportunity:
Physician - Urology
Job Details:
Provide urology call coverage for a Level II Trauma Center and HospitalCoverage required for the Emergency Department and Surgery setting
Receive handoff from on-staff Urologists when appropriate
Perform general urology procedures
Call volume varies, with some days having no ED consults and others having 4-5 consults
Hospitalists are responsible for patient admissions
Support staff includes surgery nurses and technicians available on call
EMR system used is EPIC; must be willing to learn and use EPIC
24-hour call schedule with on-call and weekend availability required
Board Certification in Urology required
Nebraska state license highly preferred
Clean malpractice history highly preferred
Case logs from the last 2 years required at time of presentation
M.D. or D.O. degree required; active DEA required
