Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p; optional 24-hour call coverage available
Practice Setting: Clinic and Hospital
Patient Volume: Approximately 24-28 patients per day
EMR: Epic
Licensing: Active PA license or IMLC LOQ required; DEA required; BC/BE Urology
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days; temporary privileges available for clean files
Required Skills: General Urology, cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, lithotripsy, prostate procedures, vasectomy, and inpatient call coverage
Other Key Details: Robotics available, 16 ORs across two facilities, APP supervision required, and ongoing full-week coverage needs through the end of 2026.
