Urologist – Full-Time or Part-Time | Ongoing Coverage | Southern Tier New York
Overview
A urology practice in New York’s Southern Tier is seeking a board-certified Urologist for an ongoing locum tenens assignment. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with a mix of clinic, OR, and call coverage. (Job ID: 51645)
Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch
- Full-time or part-time coverage accepted
- Setting: Approximately 80% clinic and 20% OR with inpatient rounding as needed
- Clinic Volume: Approximately 18-20 patients per day
- OR: One 8-hour block per week
- 24-hour call coverage required, including weekends
- Patient Mix: Adults and pediatrics
- Scope includes stents, stones, and general urology procedures
- Temporary privileges available for clean files
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Urology
- Active NY license required
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience
- Competency with stents and stones
