We are seeking a Urologist for a locum tenens position in Madison, Wisconsin. This is a hospital-based call coverage opportunity. Please see below for more information.
- Acute care hospital
- Adult Level II Trauma Center
- Epic EMR
Job Responsibilities
Hospital coverage only; no clinic responsibilities
Perform general urology surgical procedures as needed, including stent placement, ureteroscopy, and stone treatment/removal
Manage an adult patient population, typically age 18 and older
Utilize general urology equipment and instrumentation
Complete documentation in Epic
Qualifications
Board Certified in Urology
Active Wisconsin medical license required, or willingness to obtain
IMLC/compact licensure accepted
Competency in general urology surgical procedures, including stent placement, ureteroscopy, and stone treatment/removal
Working Hours
24-hour call coverage
Weekend coverage: 12:00 p.m. Friday through 7:00 a.m. Monday
Weekday coverage: variable
