  • Strong support team (APP backup on call)
Assignment Details Start/end: Ongoing; ~10-12 days/month (weekend and weekday availability ideal) Schedule: 3 clinic days/week plus scheduled OR time and call; 24-hour call 0700-0700, in-house, 30-min response, ~90% callback; sole urology provider on call with APP backup Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call, outpatient Volume: Up to 16 patients/shift; call ~5-6 phone consults, 3-4 seen, 2-3 admissions Setting: Level 4 trauma, stroke certified, admissions required Support: 2 RNs, 1 MA, 3 PA/NPs, 5 office staff EMR: Epic Credentialing: 90-120 days; expedited privileges for clean histories Clinical Details Required scope: General adult urology, laparoscopic surgeries, ureteroscopy, prostatectomy, robotic surgery, renal and bladder ultrasound, TRUS biopsies, incontinence procedures, ESWL; in-office procedures include cystoscopies, fusion biopsies, bladder biopsy, UDS testing Preferred scope: PCNL, radical cystectomy, radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, ultrasound with biopsy Rounds on assigned and unassigned patients Requirements Board certified in Urology License: WA or IMLC ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS Active DEA Compensation Rate negotiable, open to your number Malpractice provided Travel and lodging reimbursed
