Healthcare United is seeking Urology Physicians to join a growing hospital-affiliated practice in East Central Illinois. Two full-time positions are available across the Mattoon and Effingham locations. The opportunity offers strong earning potential, practice autonomy, procedural volume, and the ability to develop a practice around the physician’s clinical interests.
The position offers a $700,000+ base salary with productivity incentives, a $100,000 sign-on bonus, a $100,000 retention bonus, and quality incentives of up to $50,000. Additional benefits include 33 paid days off, 5 CME days, a $6,000 annual CME allowance, comprehensive insurance, retirement benefits, relocation assistance, and malpractice coverage.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient consultations, follow-up care, and treatment planning
• Perform outpatient and inpatient urologic procedures and surgeries
• Develop and grow a comprehensive urology practice
• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialty physicians
• Participate in shared call coverage
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Deliver patient-focused, quality-driven care
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Completion of accredited Urology residency training
• Eligible for or actively holding an Illinois medical license
• Strong communication and clinical skills
Working Hours
• Two positions available across Mattoon and Effingham
• Balanced mix of clinic, procedures, and surgical responsibilities
• Participation in shared call coverage

• Proficiency with outpatient and inpatient urologic procedures
• Ability to develop and grow a regional practice
