Healthcare United is seeking a Uro-Hospitalist Physician to join an expanding regional health system in East Central Illinois. This hospital-based position offers a true 7-on/7-off block schedule, no outpatient clinic obligations, and a flat salary without RVU or productivity requirements.
The expected salary range is $475,000 to $550,000+, with sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME support, comprehensive insurance, retirement benefits, and paid malpractice coverage. This is an excellent opportunity for a Urologist seeking predictable income, 26 weeks off annually, and freedom from outpatient administrative responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate emergency department patients with acute urologic conditions
• Perform urgent and emergent urologic procedures
• Manage postoperative inpatient urology patients
• Coordinate transitions of care with the outpatient urology team
• Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, and consulting specialists
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Deliver patient-focused, quality-driven care
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Completion of accredited Urology residency training
• Eligible for or actively holding an Illinois medical license
• Comfortable managing acute inpatient and emergent urologic conditions
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Visa sponsorship is not available
Working Hours
• Approximately 26 weeks off annually
• Hospital-based coverage
• No outpatient clinic obligations
• Flat salary with no RVU or productivity targets
