We're seeking a Board-Certified Urologist (MD/DO) for an exciting 26-week locum assignment in Longview, Washington.
📍 Position Highlights
- Location: Longview, WA
- Start Date: September 14, 2026 (ASAP start also considered)
- Duration: 26 weeks
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Coverage: Clinic + OR with optional call
- 2 FTE openings available
🏥 Practice Details
- Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital coverage
- Typical schedule includes 3 clinic days, 1 OR day, and optional call
- Average 18 patients/day
- Epic EMR
- Adult & Pediatric (Adolescent) patient population
🔹 Common Procedures
- Cystoscopy
- TURP
- Ureteroscopy
- Ureteral stent placement
- Prostate biopsy
- ESWL
- Hydrocelectomy
- Spermatocelectomy
- Circumcision
- TURBT
- PVP
- Litholapaxy
- Catheter placement
✅ Requirements
- Board Certified in Urology
- Active Washington License (or IMLC Letter of Qualification for expedited licensure)
- BLS & ACLS
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Epic experience preferred
- Recent surgical case logs (100 procedures within the past 24 months)
