We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Urologist for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity supporting a facility with a long-term permanent vacancy.
Quick Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing
- Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Call: 1:4 beeper call (30-minute response time)
- Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
- EMR: Epic
- Patients per Shift: 20–25
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Active or eligible medical license (not required to bid)
- ACLS & BLS required
- Ability to obtain full hospital privileges (no temporary privileges available)
Procedures & Skills Required
Candidates must be comfortable with a broad scope of urology, including:
- General Adult Urology
- Ureteroscopy & Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy
- Laparoscopic Urologic Procedures
- Radical Prostatectomy
- Nephrectomy & Partial Nephrectomy
- Pelvic Lymph Node Dissection
- Adrenalectomy
- TRUS Biopsies
- Renal & Bladder Ultrasound with Biopsy
- Intraoperative Ultrasound
- Incontinence Procedures
- Penile Prosthesis
- ESWL (Shock Wave Lithotripsy)
