Coverage Dates:
- Orientation: June 10, 2026
- June 11 (7a) – June 16 (7a) — ongoing opportunities
- June 25 (7a) – June 30 (7a)
- July 2 (7a) – July 6 (7a)
- July 31 (7a) – Aug 3 (7a)
- Aug 28 (7a) – Aug 31 (7a)
- Schedule: 24-hour call (7a–7a)
- In-house call: Not required
- Must be able to arrive onsite within 20 minutes
Call Expectations:
- 2–4 calls per night
- 1–2 onsite call-ins expected
- Average call volume: 2–5 inpatient calls per 24 hrs
- Physicians are not required to stay onsite, only come in for call-backs and patient care
Onsite / Rounding:
- Expected onsite time: 2–4 hours per day
- Round and discharge patients as needed
- Round on new admissions and inpatients requiring care
Patient Volume:
- Approx 1–5 patients per shift
- Includes consults, transfers, and on-call questions
Common Cases / Procedures:
- Kidney stones
- CBI consults
- Stents
- Hematuria management
- Difficult catheter placements
Requirements:
- Board Certification - Required
- Active MI state license - Required
