Urology Opportunity in Pueblo, CO
Assignment Details
Full-time employed Urologist position
General urology practice with immediate patient demand
Mix of outpatient clinic and hospital/surgical responsibilities
Join an established team of 4 Urologists plus a community partner
Participate in hospital call rotation for inpatient consults and emergencies
State-of-the-art technology including 2 DaVinci XI robots
Robotics expansion and Aquablation planned for 2026
Strong clinical and administrative support staff
Epic EMR system
Visa sponsorship available for J-1 and H-1B candidates
Requirements
Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Urology
Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain
BLS and ACLS certifications
DEA required prior to start
Recent NPDB Self Query report required
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $550,000-$610,000 annually based on experience and qualifications
Immediate productivity bonus potential above guarantee threshold
