Position Overview

Seeking experienced Urology Physicians for a flexible locum opportunity combining clinic, OR, and hospital rounding. This is a highly desirable role offering daytime schedules only with no night or weekend call, supported by a well-established team and modern facilities.

Schedule

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Coverage Type: Scheduled shifts + daytime call only
• No night or weekend call
• Flexible block scheduling across multiple weeks (May–October)

Clinical Responsibilities

• General urology care in clinic and hospital settings
• Perform procedures and surgical cases in OR
• Conduct hospital rounds and manage post-op patients
• Participate in daytime call coverage only
• Collaborate with experienced support staff and care teams

Practice Details

• Patient Volume: 40–70 patients per day
• Setting: Clinic + Hospital + ASC
• EMR: Epic
• Facility: 73-bed hospital
• Clinic: Newly renovated with 9 exam rooms & 3 procedure rooms
• Support Team: 3 MAs, 1 LPN, surgical scheduler, front office staff, practice manager

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Active Pennsylvania license (or willingness to obtain)
• DEA required
• Strong general urology skillset
