Clinical Role Provide comprehensive locum coverage in a busy urology office combining clinic visits, hospital rounds, and OR procedures. This role is ideal for experienced providers seeking high-volume outpatient and procedural work with consistent support staff in a well-established practice.

High-volume urology office with 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms

Mix of hospital rounds, OR procedures, and outpatient clinic visits

Long-tenured support staff ensures efficient workflows

Ideal for providers seeking consistent coverage with established patient base
Schedule & Coverage
-
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
-
Mix of clinic, OR, and hospital rounding
-
Coverage needed: ~6 weeks per month
Clinical Details & Responsibilities Setting: Urology office, hospital, ambulatory surgery center, and clinic-based care
Patient population: Adults (18+)
Patient volume: 40–70 patients/day
Responsibilities Include:

Conducting outpatient clinic visits and consultations

Performing urology procedures in OR and office settings

Hospital rounding as required
-
Managing procedural and general urology patient care
Procedures:

General urology procedures based on practice needs

Office-based procedures in dedicated procedure rooms
Support & Technology

Support Staff: 3 medical assistants, 1 LPN, surgical scheduler, 3 front office staff, practice manager

EMR: EPIC
-
Facility includes 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms
Requirements

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology – Required

Active PA License – Required

IMLC Welcome

DEA – Required

Minimum Experience Required: 5 years
