An excellent full-time locum opportunity is available for a Urologist to join a busy, well-supported clinic with access to advanced surgical capabilities. This role offers a great mix of clinic + procedural work with a structured weekday schedule.

✨ Position Highlights

• 📍 Location: York, Pennsylvania
• 🗓️ Start: ASAP
• ⏳ Contract Length: ~6 months (potential extension)
• 👨‍⚕️ Open Positions: 3 (Preference for 1 consistent provider)
• 🏥 Practice Setting: Clinic + Hospital
• 💻 EMR: Epic

⏰ Schedule & Coverage

• 🗓️ Monday – Friday
• 🕗 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• ⚖️ Scheduled clinic + procedure time
• 📞 Call Coverage: Required (varies; approx. 15 patients/day when on call)

🩺 Clinical Responsibilities

• Manage outpatient urology clinic (~28 patients/day)
• Perform a variety of urological procedures & surgeries
• Provide call coverage at affiliated hospitals
• Supervise and collaborate with APPs (NPs/PAs) 🤝

🔧 Procedures & Scope

• Vasectomy & (optional) reversal
• Cystoscopy (OR-based)
• Prostate procedures
• Ureteroscopy
• Lithotripsy
• Orchiopexy
• Penile procedures (limited/rare cases)
• 🤖 Robotic Surgery Available (if within your scope)

🏥 Practice Details

• 👥 Strong support staff: 4 MAs, 1 RN, 1 CSA
• 🛏️ Access to 16 operating rooms
• 🧑‍⚕️ Adult patient population (18+)
• 🏥 Mix of clinic, outpatient procedures & hospital coverage

✅ Requirements

• ✔️ BC/BE in Urology
• ✔️ Pennsylvania License (preferred for quicker start)
• ✔️ DEA Required
• ✔️ Minimum 1 year experience
