Position Overview
One of our Partners is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist for a locum tenens opportunity providing 24-hour call coverage in a hospital-based setting.
This assignment offers structured call blocks, predictable callback volume, and multi-site coverage, making it ideal for providers seeking focused call-based work.
Provider Pay Ranking: Top ~10–15% of urology locum call roles (2026 market data)
Assignment Highlights
- 24-hour call coverage (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
- Coverage across two hospitals (Good Samaritan & Ephrata)
- Ability to stay in hotel near either site
- Scheduled call blocks:
- EMR: Epic
- Travel reimbursed per policy
- Malpractice insurance covered
- HPA Healthcare is a Joint Commission–certified agency

Typical Work Expectations
- 24-hour call coverage with inpatient consults and procedures
- ER consult support and urologic emergencies
- Rounding as needed
- Coordination between two hospital sites
- Procedural intervention during callback hours
