Join Our Team as a Urology Physician – Elevate Patient Care with Expert Precision

Are you a dedicated Urology Physician seeking an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a well-established practice? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Urology Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team starting May 10, 2026. This role offers an excellent platform to utilize your expertise in a modern, patient-focused environment, delivering top-tier urological care to adult patients.

In this position, you will provide comprehensive urology services, including hospital rounds, outpatient clinics, and surgical procedures, in a supportive and collaborative setting. You will work alongside a experienced staff, supporting patient care in a state-of-the-art facility with 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms. With a focus on quality and efficiency, you will contribute to an organization dedicated to excellence in patient outcomes.

Required Skills:
  • Board eligibility or certification in Urology
  • PA state licensure and DEA certification
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience
  • Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
  • Strong surgical and clinical skills in general urology
  • Excellent communication and patient management skills
  • Ability to support a busy patient load of 40-70 patients per day

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Additional certifications in urological procedures
  • Experience working within an ambulatory surgery center or private practice
  • Prior experience with complex or specialized urological cases

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO)
  • Residency in Urology from an accredited program
  • Prior experience in hospital and outpatient settings, with a focus on adult patients

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to support 6 weeks of monthly coverage
  • Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Must support day shifts including hospital rounds, OR, and outpatient clinics
  • Credentialing completed in less than 90 days
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a varied patient population, excluding pediatric cases

Compensation:
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $443.43
