We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Urology Physician to provide exceptional care in a dynamic community hospital setting. Required Skills:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in general urology
- Valid Pennsylvania medical license
- DEA certification
- Proficiency in inpatient urology procedures and emergency call support
- Familiarity with Epic EMR system
- Ability to manage a high level of autonomy during on-call shifts
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in community hospital settings
- Comfortable with inpatient and ER urology cases
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Evidence of excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Fellowship in Urology preferred, but not required
- At least five years of relevant practice experience in urology
Other Requirements:
- Pennsylvania medical license in good standing
- DEA registration
- Availability for 24-hour call shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Shift schedule: Friday 0700 to Monday 0700 or Friday 1700 to Monday 0700
- Credentialing completion within approximately 90 days (expedited credentialing available)
- Travel and licensure reimbursements as applicable
