We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Urology Physician to join our esteemed medical team, providing exceptional care for adult patients across two hospitals. Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology (BC or BE)
  • Valid Pennsylvania Medical License
  • DEA Certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical Urology experience
  • Excellent diagnostic, surgical, and patient management skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency with EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working in hospital-based Urology departments
  • Prior credentialing experience
  • Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and rapid response needs
  • Knowledge of hospital protocols and multidisciplinary coordination

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Urology residency completion
  • Proven track record of clinical excellence in hospital settings

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work 24-hour call shifts
  • Ability to stay in designated hotels in Good Sam or Ephrata for shift durations
  • Credentialing completed within 90 days, with a clean file
  • Travel and other reimbursements applicable when necessary

This opportunity offers an hourly pay rate of $3,399.63, with a schedule that includes 24-hour call shifts on designated dates. Coverage involves approximately 8-10 hours on Fridays and 4 hours on weekends, serving an adult patient population in a hospital setting. The practice includes coverage for two hospitals with a combined capacity of 150 beds, utilizing the EPIC EMR system.
