This opportunity offers an hourly pay rate of $3,399.63, with a schedule that includes 24-hour call shifts on designated dates. Coverage involves approximately 8-10 hours on Fridays and 4 hours on weekends, serving an adult patient population in a hospital setting. The practice includes coverage for two hospitals with a combined capacity of 150 beds, utilizing the EPIC EMR system.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology (BC or BE)
- Valid Pennsylvania Medical License
- DEA Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical Urology experience
- Excellent diagnostic, surgical, and patient management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency with EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in hospital-based Urology departments
- Prior credentialing experience
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and rapid response needs
- Knowledge of hospital protocols and multidisciplinary coordination
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Urology residency completion
- Proven track record of clinical excellence in hospital settings
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work 24-hour call shifts
- Ability to stay in designated hotels in Good Sam or Ephrata for shift durations
- Credentialing completed within 90 days, with a clean file
- Travel and other reimbursements applicable when necessary
