Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: 24-hour call, 7:00 am - 7:00 am the next day
- Cover 2 sites
Clinical Details:
- Inpatient only
- Hospital rounds and emergency surgeries
- EMR: EPIC (training available if needed)
Requirements:
- Active Indiana license
- Active Indiana DEA or easily transferable
- CSR status
- Epic experience - Preferred
- CV must be in Month / Year format
- Must have license in hand at time of submission, or proof that the license application has been submitted
- Any gaps greater than 30 days will require an explanation on the CV
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
