- Strong referral base and opportunity to develop subspecialty interests (e.g., female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery)
- Primarily outpatient practice model with robust hospital support, dedicated OR access, established referral network, and collegial staff
- Guaranteed base salary starting around $425,000+ with wRVU incentives; partnership track
