A Pennsylvania healthcare system is seeking a Urologist for weekend-only call coverage. This position is focused entirely on inpatient and ER call responsibilities with no clinic duties.

The provider will deliver general urology coverage in a community hospital environment. Trauma cases are typically transferred to tertiary facilities, offering manageable weekend call volume.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide weekend 24-hour urology call coverage
• Manage inpatient consults and ER cases
• Perform general urology procedures as needed
• Respond to weekend hospital consults
• Collaborate with hospital staff for patient management
• Document encounters using Epic EMR

Qualifications

• MD or DO required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active Pennsylvania license required
• DEA required
• Minimum 5 years experience required
• General urology experience required
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Working Hours

Schedule Options:
Friday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM
OR
Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM

Coverage Needed:
2 weekends per month
Holiday coverage required

Practice Details:
No clinic coverage
Inpatient and ER call only
No pediatric patients
