Coverage Needed
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Can work two weeks on and two weeks off or a variation to average 20 hours per week annually

- Trauma Level: II
- Number of Beds: 329
- EMR: EPIC
- Number of Physicians in Dept: 3
- Patient Population Mix: 100% adults
- Average Patient Age: 68
- Average Number of Cases per Day: 20 patients per day in the clinic setting
- Support Staff: RN, CMA, PA and APP
- Procedures Required: Cystoscopy, urethral dilations, pelvic exams, prostate exams, prostate biopsy
Requirements
- Board Certified in Urology
- Active Illinois License
- BLS, ACLS
- DEA and Controlled Substance Registration
- Clean and easy-to-credential candidates preferred
