• Coverage dates:

  • March 27–30

  • April 10–13

  • May 8–11

  • July 3–6

  • September 18–21

  • November 20–23

  • December 4–7

• Call coverage only

• Seeking a board certified urologist

• Practice setting: Hospital-based care (Level IV Trauma Center)

Schedule

• Shift: 24-hour call coverage

• Schedule: Friday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM

• Weekend-only coverage

Clinical Details

• Patient population: Adults (18+)

• Patient volume:

  • Friday: 1–2 patients

  • Saturday–Sunday: typically 5–10 consults per day

• Occasional OR cases including:

  • Stents

  • Stones

  • Clot evacuation

• Coverage includes general urology cases

Clinical Support and Technology

• Support staff: No additional support on weekends

• No clinic responsibilities required

• EMR: Cerner

Requirements

• Board certified in Urology required

• Minimum 2 years of experience required

• Active West Virginia license required

  • Will accept IMLC or candidates who qualify for a WV temporary license

• DEA required

• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Credentialing

• Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 60 days

• Willing to license candidates through IMLC or WV temporary license pathway
