Job description
We are seeking a full-time Urologist to join an established, high-volume team in Pueblo. This role offers the opportunity to practice general urology with access to advanced robotic technology and a robust clinical support staff within a physician-led organization.
-Schedule: Day shifts; typical clinical/surgical hours (approx. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
-Location: Pueblo, CO.
-Team: 4 established Urologists plus a community partner.
-Equipment: 2 DaVinci XI robots (robotics expansion and Aquablation coming in 2026).
-Charting: Epic EMR system.

Salary: Highly competitive base range of $550,000 – $610,000 annually.

Bonus: Immediate high-productivity bonus potential (upon exceeding base threshold).

Job Responsibilities
-Manage high-volume patient demand and perform surgical treatments.
-Participate in the hospital call rotation for inpatient consults and emergencies.
-Collaborate with the urology team and leadership to shape service development.
Qualifications
-Licensure: Active Colorado Medical License (or willingness to obtain).
-Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
-Credentialing: Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days active) and DEA required prior to start.
-Visa Support: J1 and H1B visa candidates are eligible for sponsorship.
-Restrictions: Not open to locum or locum-to-perm candidates.
Working Hours
-On-Call: Hospital rotation (likely 1:4 to 1:6 rotation).
-Availability: Full-time permanent placement
