Job description
We are seeking a "bread and butter" Urologist for clinic and call coverage for a 3–6 month duration. This is a fast-paced, busy department where the provider will be the sole practitioner. The facility is a Level III Trauma Center equipped with an onsite robot.
-Schedule: Clinic (8 AM – 4 PM) + Night Call (5 PM – 8 AM) and 24-hour call (7 AM – 7 AM).
-Location: Silverdale, WA.
-Volume: 20–25 patients per day; 20–30 surgeries per month.
-Charting: Epic EMR.
Job Responsibilities
-Perform procedures including Cystoscopy, vasectomies, prostate biopsy, TURP, Ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, Cystectomy, and ESWL.
-Manage hospital call (20% new consults, 80% ED callbacks).
-Conduct inpatient rounding.
Qualifications
-Licensure: Active Washington license (Highly Preferred) or IMLC with LOQ in hand.
-Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and DEA required (will consider candidates willing to obtain BLS/ACLS).
-Experience: Must be able to handle a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
-Background: Clean malpractice highly preferred; gaps in CV over 30 days must be explained.
Working Hours
-On-Call: 5–6 days per month (any day Mon–Sun).
-Availability: Minimum of 3 months coverage required; must be able to cover 80% of specific dates through February 2026.
Skills
-Robotic surgery skills (available but not strictly required).
-Strong team collaboration and customer service skills.
