A high-volume Urology private practice in Lubbock is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist to join as a future partner. This is a true ownership-track opportunity with a first-year guaranteed salary and a proven fee-for-service model generating $1.2M+ annually after year one. Step into immediate patient demand across a 3.5 million draw area, with new patients directed to the incoming physician from day one.

Candidate Requirements


  • MD or DO from an accredited institution


  • Completion of Urology residency (fellowship welcomed)
