Urologist Opportunity in Port Townsend, WA
A growing, patient-centered urology practice is seeking a full-time Urologist to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This is an exceptional opportunity to expand urology services while enjoying a balanced schedule and strong work-life integration.
Position Highlights
Full-time outpatient and procedural urology practice
Four-day work week: four 10-hour days (8 hours patient care, 2 hours protected administrative time)
Robotic-assisted surgery coming soon
Single location, fully integrated Epic EMR system
Collaborative, supportive team environment
Base salary $450,000–$650,000 plus RVU-based productivity incentives
Sign-on bonus eligible

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive urology care for a diverse patient population
Perform office-based and surgical procedures, including upcoming robotic-assisted surgeries
Collaborate with other providers and support staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using Epic EMR
Requirements
Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
Active Washington medical license or eligible to obtain
Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient-centered care
Ability to work independently in a rural, community-focused setting
