Job description Urologist Opportunity in Port Townsend, WA A growing, patient-centered urology practice is seeking a full-time Urologist to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This is an exceptional opportunity to expand urology services while enjoying a balanced schedule and strong work-life integration. Position Highlights Full-time outpatient and procedural urology practice Four-day work week: four 10-hour days (8 hours patient care, 2 hours protected administrative time) Robotic-assisted surgery coming soon Single location, fully integrated Epic EMR system Collaborative, supportive team environment Base salary $450,000–$650,000 plus RVU-based productivity incentives Sign-on bonus eligible Generous comprehensive benefits package with low-cost premiums and employer retirement contributions Annual CME allowance and education loan reimbursement via WSAC Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive urology care for a diverse patient population Perform office-based and surgical procedures, including upcoming robotic-assisted surgeries Collaborate with other providers and support staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using Epic EMR Requirements Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology Active Washington medical license or eligible to obtain Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient-centered care Ability to work independently in a rural, community-focused setting Community Highlights – Port Townsend, WA Nationally recognized Victorian seaport with a thriving arts scene and historic waterfront Rich maritime culture with year-round festivals celebrating film, music, and local cuisine Access to Puget Sound and Olympic National Park for hiking, kayaking, sailing, and wildlife viewing Walkable downtown with farmers markets, local restaurants, and strong community engagement Scenic ferry access to Seattle and proximity to Victoria and Vancouver Small-town warmth with vibrant coastal lifestyle and cultural richness Estimated pay range/amount is $450,000–$650,000.
