- Contract Length:
- Shift Details: Call Coverage Only
- Schedule: 7am Friday – 7am Monday
Work Details:
- Support staff: No extra support on the weekends, no clinic coverage needed
- Amount of coverage needed per month:
- Patients per day: 1-2 on Friday. Saturday and Sunday variable but usually 5-10 consults per day with occasional need for OR (stents/stones/clot evacuation, etc.)
- Patient population/age: 18+
- Department description: Level 4 trauma
- EMR: Cerner
- Hospital bed size:
- Special procedures or skills required: All General Urology skills required
Practice Setting:
- Hospital
Requirements:
- Board Certification: required
- State license required: required, IMLC or qualify for the WV temp license
- DEA: required
Certifications preferred:
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
- Minimum experience required: 2 years
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
- Willing To License?: YES - if IMLC or qualify for the WV temp license
