• Schedule: 24-hour call shifts from Friday 7am to Monday 7am

Clinical Details

• 24/7 Hospital/ER call with inpatient rounding; No elective cases
• Trauma Level: III
• Number of Beds: 220
• EMR: EPIC
• Order entry expected to be completed by locum provider
• Needs to be comfortable with all general urology cases, ability to handle difficult caths
• Specialty Skills Required: General Urology (Adult), General Urology (Pediatric), consult, Ureteroscopy, Nephrectomy, Adrenalectomy, Robotic surgery, Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL), Laparoscopic surgeries, Renal and Bladder ultrasound and biopsy, Incontinence procedures

Requirements

• Active IN State License or IMLC
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (Certification must be obtained within 5 years of residency)
• Minimum Experience: More than 2 years
• Flu & Covid vaccinations: Required or need medical or religious exemption
• Certifications: ACLS-AHA issued (required if requesting conscious sedation privileges), BLS-AHA issued (required for all specialties)
• Procedure logs for the last 12 months
• Availability: At least 8 blocks of availability in 2026
