Are you a dedicated urologist seeking an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient care? We are actively hiring a skilled Urology Physician to join our reputable healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive urological patient evaluations and treatments in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Perform outpatient procedures including vasectomies and infant circumcisions.
- Manage pre- and post-operative care and collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals.
- Support hospital operations during scheduled shifts, including night beeper calls.
- Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management.
- Maintain compliance with all licensing, certification, and hospital policies.
Required Skills:
- Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligibility (BE) in Urology.
- Valid Arizona medical license or IMLC eligibility.
- DEA certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Urology Physician.
- Strong surgical and clinical assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with outpatient procedures beyond core urology services.
- Familiarity with robotic surgery systems.
- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages.
- Prior experience working in hospital or outpatient settings similar to our practice environment.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Successfully completed Urology residency program.
- At least 1 year of post-residency clinical practice.
- Proven track record of managing diverse urological cases.
Other Requirements:
- Arizona medical license or IMLC eligibility.
- DEA registration and active license.
- Willingness to work full-time, including scheduled day shifts and night beeper calls.
- Ability to pass credentialing within 30 days.
- Availability for scheduled shifts starting on 05/20/2026, including days and overnight on-call.
