Coverage Needed
- May 20, 2026 - May 25, 2026
- Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch, plus night beeper call 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Clinical Details
- Average Daily Census: 20 patients per day in clinic
- Procedures: 10-15 per week
- Surgeries in OR: 3 or 4 per day
- Special Procedures: In-clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision outpatient (not required)
- Robotics: No
- Trauma Level: Adult IV
- Bed Size: 99
- EMR: Cerner
- Support Staff: 1 PA, no other MDs, MAs assigned
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- State Licenses: Arizona, IMLC Accepted
- DEA
- Minimum Experience: 1 year
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
- Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
