Urology Locums Job in Washington | 24-Hour Call | Beginning ASAP – Ongoing | Assignment #114077
Shift Description
-- 24-hour call
-- 1–2 weeks per month
-- Multiple facility coverage
-- Response time: less than 30 minutes
-- Credentialing timeframe: 60 days
Requirements
-- Board Certified in Urology
-- Washington license or in process of obtaining – Highly Preferred
-- Providers with LOQ for IMLC acceptable
-- BLS
-- Clean malpractice/background – Highly Preferred
-- Local candidates – Highly Preferred
Required Procedures / Skills
-- Cystic
-- Lithotripsy
-- Nephrectomy
-- Transurethral resection
-- Prostatectomy
-- Pselolithotomy
Assignment Details
-- Inpatient coverage
-- Patients per day: 6–8 consults
-- APPs complete inpatient rounding and are first contact for ER calls (8 AM – 5 PM)
-- Robotics available: XI and SI
-- Block time available
-- When on call: general urology with only emergent cases done same day; others deferred to next-day surgeon
-- Support staff: 2 physicians, 5 RNs, 2 MAs, 3 APPs
-- Orientation: 3+ days, Monday – Thursday
-- EMR: EPIC
