Job description
We are seeking a full-time, Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join an established, high-volume team in Pueblo, Colorado. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice general urology with access to advanced robotic technology and robust clinical support in a high-demand market.
-Schedule: Day shifts; typical clinical/surgical hours (approx. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
-Location: Pueblo, CO.
-Team: 4 established Urologists plus a community partner.
-Charting: Epic EMR.

Salary: Highly competitive range of $550,000 – $610,000 annually.

Job Responsibilities
-Perform diagnosis and surgical treatment of urologic conditions using state-of-the-art equipment.
-Utilize 2 DaVinci XI robots (with robotics expansion and Aquablation arriving in 2026).
-Participate in a hospital call rotation for inpatient consults and emergencies.
-Collaborate with a robust clinical support staff to deliver high-quality patient care consistent with UCHealth standards.
Qualifications
-Licensure: Active Colorado Medical License (or willingness to obtain).
-Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
-Credentialing: Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days active) and active DEA required prior to start.
-Visa Support: J1 or H1B candidates are eligible for visa sponsorship.
Working Hours
-Call: Hospital call rotation (likely 1:4 to 1:6 rotation).
-Availability: Permanent placement only; not accepting locums or locums-to-perm.
