Assignment Details Start: June 1, 2026 Ongoing coverage Clinic Schedule: - Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm (times may vary) - Friday: 7:30am–5:00pm (times may vary) Call: - 7–10 days per month (including weekends) - Weekday night call when in clinic - 24-hour weekend call - 20–30 minute response time EMR: Epic Confirmed 2026 Coverage Dates June 16–23 July 1–8 August 18–25 October 2–5 December 21–24 Clinical Scope 16+ patients per day Outpatient clinic + inpatient coverage 6-bed department General urology (Adult required; Peds preferred) Advanced endoscopic techniques Laparoscopic surgery Percutaneous nephrolithotomy Ureteroscopy Radical cystectomy (ileal conduit) Radical prostatectomy Nephrectomy Renal & bladder ultrasound with biopsy TRUS biopsies Preferred: - Adrenalectomy - Fertility evaluation - Incontinence procedures - Penile prosthesis - ESWL Robotics not required Requirements Board Certified or truly Board Eligible Urology Active CA license Active CA Fluoroscopy license - Will consider candidates willing to obtain or with temporary fluoro ACLS Minimum 2 years of current hospital clinical activity Case logs required at presentation Compensation Structure Rate Caps: $475/hr, $4,000 24-hr Call, $400 Nighty Call, $475/hr Call-back Malpractice provided Travel & lodging reimbursed Why Work with LoCare Locums? - We Actually Care - You're never just a number - More in Your Pocket - Lean model = higher pay - Real Access - No unnecessary layers
