Urology Hospitalist Locums Job in Fort Wayne, Indiana | 24/7 Coverage Model
Dates of Coverage: As soon as credentialed (60 days on average, but temps are available for quicker start) – March 1, 2027
Details/Requirements:
-- Board Eligible or Board Certified Urologist
-- Active Indiana license
-- 24/7 General Urology hospitalist coverage
-- 8:00 AM–6:00 PM in-house coverage
-- 6:00 PM–8:00 AM out-of-house emergency call coverage
-- First calls and consults handled by 24/7 in-house APPs
-- Dedicated OR block time Monday–Friday, Noon–5:00 PM
-- 3–5 add-on surgical cases per day
-- Strong APP support including overnight in-house coverage
-- EMR: Epic
-- Collaborative team environment (13 physicians, 9 APPs)
-- Full spectrum of advanced urologic services
