Job description
Is seeking a Locum Urologist to provide ongoing clinic and call coverage. This is a great opportunity to support a busy practice with a balanced mix of outpatient, surgical, and inpatient responsibilities.
📅 Coverage Dates Needed
Multiple blocks available throughout the year
🏥 Practice Setting
- Clinic + Call Coverage
- Clinic located within the hospital
- EMR: Epic
- Support staff: 3 RNs, 1 CNA
🩺 Clinical Responsibilities
Clinic:
- 15–20 scheduled patients per day
- 2–3 in-office procedures daily
Surgery:
- 3–4 scheduled and emergent cases
- No robotics
- Typical surgery days include ~4 cases
Call:
- Light callback volume (average 1–5 hours)
- 1–3 inpatient consults daily
- Rounding on post-op patients during week if on day call
Required Procedures:
- Cystoscopy
- Cystoscopy with dilation
✅ Requirements
- Board Certified in Urology (Preferred)
- Board Eligible accepted within 5 years of residency
- North Dakota License (Highly Preferred)
- Active DEA
- Case logs required at presentation
- Self-Query NPDB (dated within 30 days at submission)
