Job Description:
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions, including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, urinary tract infections, and other common urologic disorders.
- Perform surgical procedures in modern operating rooms, including preoperative planning and postoperative follow-up.
- Provide hospital and emergency room consultations, collaborating with other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Work closely with an established urologist and nurse practitioner in a single-site, team-based practice.
- Participate in a light call schedule, covering the site approximately 7 days per month.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies, state regulations, and professional standards.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in urology.
- Not open to candidates who commute more than 1 hour
