Practice Highlights:
- Broad general urology practice with a strong and growing demand for reconstructive services
- Join two outstanding physicians and one APP
- Traditional practice sharing ER and Hospital call across two hospitals
- 1:4 call rotation supporting work/life balance
- Access to advanced technology, including three DaVinci Xi robots with plans for a fourth
- Strong referral network and substantial patient volume from day one
- Epic EMR
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package that includes guaranteed base salary, production and quality incentives, sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Job Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Active unrestricted license in TX or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Range
$461,435 - $680,572 /year
