A leading health system is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist to join an established and high-volume urology team in Pueblo, Colorado. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice general urology with advanced robotic technology and strong clinical support.
Position Highlights:
- Join a team of 4 established Urologists plus a community partner
- High-volume clinical practice with immediate patient demand
- Access to 2 DaVinci XI robots (with robotics expansion and Aquablation in 2026)
- Robust clinical support staff
- Epic EMR system
- Typical clinical/surgical hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Shared hospital call rotation (likely 1:4 to 1:6 rotation)
- Full-time employed position
- Not doing any locums or locums to perm
- Visa sponsorship available (J-1 & H-1B supported)
Responsibilities:
- Provide general urologic care to adult patients in both outpatient clinic and hospital/surgical settings
- Perform diagnosis and surgical treatment of urologic conditions
- Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in hospital call rotation for inpatient consults and emergencies
- Contribute to high-quality patient care consistent with UCHealth standards
Compensation & Benefits:
- Highly competitive salary range of $550,000 – $610,000 annually

Requirements:
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Urology
- Active Colorado license (or willingness to obtain)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
- Current COVID vaccination
- Visa status must be disclosed (J-1 & H-1B supported)
