Job description
ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking a Urologist to provide clinic and call coverage to support a permanent provider. This is a 1.0 FTE locum opportunity in a hospital-based clinic setting with surgical and inpatient responsibilities. The provider will manage outpatient visits, perform urologic procedures, and participate in call coverage with light average callback volume.

Setting: Clinic and Call
EMR: EPIC
Credentialing timeframe: ~90 days
Job Details & Responsibilities
Clinical Duties
-
Provide outpatient urology clinic coverage (15–20 scheduled patients per day)

Perform 2–3 in-clinic procedures daily
-
Perform required procedures including:
-
Cystoscopy
-
Cystoscopy with dilation
-
-
Average 1–3 hospital consults daily
Surgical Duties
-
Typically 3–4 scheduled and emergent surgeries
-
On surgery days, ~4 surgeries scheduled
-
No robotics required
Call Coverage
-
Nightly call with pager coverage
-
Average callback: 1–5 hours
-
Rounding on post-op patients during weekdays
-
Inpatient consults when on day call
Support Staff
-
3 RNs
-
1 CNA
Reason for Coverage

Assist permanent provider with clinic and call responsibilities
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
Board Certified in Urology (Preferred)
-
Board Eligible accepted within 5 years of residency
-

North Dakota Medical License (Highly Preferred)

DEA License
-
Required case logs (submitted at presentation and offer)

Self-Query NPDB report (dated within 30 days of presentation) – Required

Completion of credentialing application and supplemental documentation
