A well-established and high-volume urology program in Southern Colorado is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a collaborative team of experienced physicians. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice comprehensive general urology in a modern facility equipped with advanced robotic technology and strong clinical support.

The program offers immediate patient demand, state-of-the-art surgical resources, and the ability to help shape the future growth of urology services in the region.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urologic care to adult patients
• Manage outpatient clinic visits and inpatient consults
• Perform diagnostic and surgical procedures for urologic conditions
• Participate in hospital call rotation for inpatient consults and emergencies
• Collaborate with an established team of urologists and community partners
• Utilize advanced surgical technology including two DaVinci XI robotic systems (with planned robotics expansion and Aquablation services)
• Document patient care using EPIC EMR
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Urology – Required
• Active Colorado medical license (or willingness to obtain) – Required
• BLS and ACLS certification – Required
• DEA (must be obtained prior to start) – Required
• Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) – Required
• Visa sponsorship available (J1 and H1B eligible)
• Not open to locums or locums-to-perm candidates

Working Hours

• Full-time position
• Outpatient clinic and surgical schedule
• Participation in hospital call rotation

Skills

• Strong clinical and surgical expertise in general urology
• Robotic surgery experience preferred
• Ability to manage high patient volumes efficiently
